i'm a stay at home mom

... and am loving it. the last time i stayed home full-time with the babies they were just 9 weeks old. i was nervous about maternity leave... caring for them alone, both of them melting down at once, feeding, nap training, you name it. what a difference 3 months makes! i've learned and accepted that babies do cry. but they laugh a lot more than they cry these days and even the crying isn't so bad. my time at home with them has truly been a gift. not only do i enjoy getting to see them learn and grow each day, i have grown too. it's the first time that i have felt competent as a mommy. they have given me the opportunity to grow in both my confidence & ability to care for them. i am absorbing every minute because the days, weeks, months and years go way too fast.
