yummmmmmmy

the babies are just shy of 6 months so we decided to start solids today. we expected berkley to love them, since she eyes everything that we eat. we were suprised to see davis grabbing the spoon and shoveling it into his mouth. they loved the cereal but the real fun started while tasting apples. we enjoyed their sour faces! (i also included a picture of berkley licking a saltine cracker.) it is amazing to see them anticipate each bite... evidence that they are learning more every day. this is an exciting new milestone, yet it reminds me that they are growing up faster than i want them to.
