before i knew

ryan found this picture on his computer today & emailed it to me. i was only 6 months pregnant at the time. full of hopes & fears... more fear than hope it seemed. who were these babies growing inside of me, who would they become & how would i get them there? so many questions. who could have answered them? who could have told me what i was about to discover. that i would know more love, more joy, more of God. and that i would learn it from two little people growing inside of me, no bigger than a lemon. thank you, Lord, for these two tiny wonders that teach us more about who You are.
