e2 levels galore

had another appointment this morning...
last week i had those big follies but my e2 was only 45.

so today my lining was actually down from 8 to 5 and the dr could not explain why my e2 was so low with the large follicles. she said they must have something to do with my pregnancy last cycle although we did not see anything on the baseline u/s and my e2 on CD 2 was in the 30s which is good. she said we would either cancel this cycle or move ahead depending on the e2. still no growth in the follicles either so i expected the numbers to be low. she said based on their size my e2 should be around 70 or so... but it came back at 96 so she increased my dose to 150 iui and is consulting with an RE and will call me back in the morning. i have a feeling we will cancel and wait for these weird follicles/ cysts to absorb. i am also spotting and that is really weird to me...she said it is bc of the low e2.
i'll keep you posted...not feeling discouraged. just want to do what is best for my body and for our wallets! that might mean holding off on treatment rather than continuing to shoot $ into my butt!
