grateful

God has loved us so intimately through this time...our pastor and his wife even came over last night to visit with us. (she has had several m/c ). others have held family devotionals on our behalf and many have wept along with us, just as you have. this baby has ministered to us (in her short life) in a way that we never imagined through the love that has been shown to us. ryan and i hope to have the same mercy and tenderness towards those who are suffering that has been demonstrated through each of you.

thank you also for your encouragement about our email...we wrote it last week after our first ultrasound but of course had hoped to delete it. as mentioned, i am constantly reminded that we do not grieve as other men. we are so grateful for Jesus, our hope of glory!

and yes...that song "blessed be the name"! i will never sing it the same again. (you would think a woman wrote it!) what a declaration of true worship in the face of personal suffering.

i probably won't check in for a while but want to thank you for your friendship.
