feeling pregnant

appointment tomorrow at 10 and super excited/ anxious. i am having more and different symptoms than my last pregnancy so i am praying it is a good thing. i am ridiculously tired all day but then restless at night, often waking. i also have had touches of queasiness off and on & too much of any smell makes my stomach turn. it's so crazy! other than that i still have what feels like construction going on in my b**bs and some OHSS but it has gone done some, thankfully.
