  1. Hello Andrea!
This is a little stange for me as I do not usually email people who don't know me. I just felt compelled to contact you and let you know how much of a positive influence you are upon my life. I noticed your blog on an distant friends page (The White's are close friends with some of my close friends) and was drawn to it. I have several friends who either have twins or are expecting twins soon so your blog caught my eye. Since then, I read your blog daily! I greatly enyoy seeing your beautiful children grow. They are so precious. What is even more precious to me is to see the unending love you and your husband have for them. Not only are they so beautiful..but they are beyond blessed to have you two for parents. You have been a positive outlet for me to turn to and therefore encouraged me to embrace my own child and show him unending love as well. I truely hope this comment is not too strange, but I prayed about whether or not I should reach out to you. I just felt led to. Thank you for being such a stong Christian woman! I believe with all of my heart that you are a sweet beautiful person and that God finds so much delight in you and your family! Sincerely in Christ, Katriana Griffin

  3. katriana..
wow, your encouragement is much appreciated. just yesterday i told ryan that i had been feeling discouraged about some things. how timely of the Lord to use you in this specific way! i'm touched that you enjoy reading. also, that you've been encouraged to embrace motherhood differently. we all need that...friends who remind us of the great calling we have as mothers. i'm thankful for the many women in my life (tyne is among them) that challenge me to do my job well. motherhood is the greatest privilege...what a difference we can make by intentionally investing in the hearts of children!

thank you, katriana, for blessing me today! i'm so glad to "meet" you... drop in anytime!!!

  4. tyne...scroll down further on the page to S.T.A.T.S for the ECI post. the case worker is coming over tomorrow to do an intake & then an eval with a PT on friday. thankfully, we have seen progress since i posted... davis is bearing more weight on his legs, pushing up, etc. there may not be any identifiable delays...but as you know well, better to provide interventions early just in case. need to go check out your sweet fam. i missed you on your visit into town. i met sage this weekend at church. what a DOLL!!! there is NO way davis & berk were ever that little :)
