nothing has more appeal to davis than any object in berkley's hand. dozens of toys may surround him. it makes no difference. his eyes become fixed on her...a trance-like determination befalls him. he moves in swiftly & robs her of her prized possession, in this case a precious bow. for months now berkley hasn't objected.
that was then. this is now.

Poor Berkley! I used to think that the girls were so sweet and not like other kids. They never fought and shared so nicely. Like you said, "that was then, this is now."
